The Macsim Roof & Gutter Prof Sealant in grey is a high-quality, one-part sealant designed for a variety of roofing and sealing applications. With a thixotropic, non-sag paste formulation, this sealant offers excellent primerless adhesion to multiple substrates including metal, wood, concrete, and most plastics. It is particularly effective for use in metal and tiled roofing systems, gutters, flashing, spouting, downpipes, skylights, and air conditioning ducting.This sealant boasts an impressive elongation of 700%, allowing for ±25% joint movement capability while maintaining its integrity. It cures quickly and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications with a temperature range of 5 to 45°C. Additionally, the product is UV stable and waterproof, ensuring long-lasting performance in various environmental conditions. Its low odour formulation makes it ideal for industrial use without compromising on effectiveness.
